Alcatel Android Smartphones

Service without rooting

Unlock

Procedure:

  • Open Qcom tab
  • Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
  • Install required drivers
  • Power off the phone
  • Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  • Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will be in charging mode).
    If diagnostic port is not detected, power the phone ON and activate it by dialing ##2324#. Then select diag port in the ports tab.

Diagnostic mode activation: dial *#2618# or ###2324#

Unlock (connect in Download mode)

Procedure:

  • Open Qcom tab
  • Go to "Unlock" tab
  • Select your model “Phone model” drop-down list on the right
  • Select virtual port “Plug the USB cable into the powered off phone…”
  • Power off the phone
  • Press "Direct Unlock" button
  • Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously
  • Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  • Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and the handset can be disconnected now.

Required drivers for all new devices can be downloaded here.

IMEI repair

Procedure:

  • Open Qcom tab
  • Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
  • Install required drivers
  • Power off the phone
  • Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  • Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will be in charging mode).
    If diagnostic port is not detected, power the phone ON and activate it by dialing ##2324#. Then select diag port in the ports tab.
  • Go to IMEI tab, enter your IMEI and press "IMEI Repair" button

Diagnostic mode activation: dial *#2618# or ###2324#

FRP Remove

Procedure:

  • Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
  • Go to "Service" tab
  • Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
  • Turn the phone OFF
  • Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  • Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will be in charging mode).
    If diagnostic port is not detected, power the phone ON and activate it by dialing ##2324#. Then select diag port in the ports tab.
  • Install required drivers
  • Select diagnostic port
  • Press “Remove FRP” button
  • The message "Removing FRP lock...Done" indicates that procedure has been completed successfully

Warning: This feature will erase all phone’s data and accounts

If after FRP removal user data was not wiped automatically, perform this procedure manually in the recovery mode.

Flash (connect in charging mode)

Procedure:

  1. Open Qcom tab
  2. Go to "Flash" tab
  3. Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
  4. Power off the phone
  5. Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  6. Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will enter the charging mode)
  7. Select diagnostic port in the ports selection tab
  8. Choose the appropriate flash file and press "Open"
  9. Press "Write Flash" button
  10. Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and the handset can be disconnected now.

Flash (connect in download mode)

Procedure:

  1. Open Qcom tab
  2. Go to "Flash" tab
  3. Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
  4. Select virtual port “Plug the USB cable into the powered off phone…”
  5. Choose the appropriate flash file
  6. Power off the phone
  7. Press "Write Flash" button
  8. Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously
  9. Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  10. Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and the handset can be disconnected now.

Direct unlock
  1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
  2. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect". In case the softare won't detect Alcatel model automatically, select "Alcatel Android" manually in this dropdown box
  3. Go to "Unlock" tab
  4. Turn the phone on without sim card
  5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
  6. Install USB Host Driver
  7. Select Qualcomm DIAG (Diagnostic) Port in the ports selection tab
  8. Press "Unlock" button
  9. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in the dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off

Diagnostic mode activation: dial *#2618# or ###2324#

Enable Diagnostic port

It's necessary to enable Diagnostic port in order to perform unlock procedure in some cell phone models. Here are few of them: Vodafone Smart 4 turbo / Smart Tab 4G / Smart 4 max / Smart 4 / Smart Prime 6 / VF-895N / V889N / V890N, TCL 5042X / 5042A, Orange Roya / Nura

  1. Root your smartphone
  2. Select "Android ADB" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software.
  3. Go to "Qualcomm" bookmark
  4. Press "Enable Diag Port" button
Direct unlock for Alcatel OT-6034R / OT-6035R / OT-5050 / OT-6016 / OT-6036 / OT-6050 / OT-7040 / OT-7050
  1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
  2. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
  3. Go to "Unlock" tab
  4. Turn the phone ON
  5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
  6. Adjust USB Settings on the phone:
    a. Go to Notifications (by touching the notifications bar at the top of the phone's screen and dragging it down)
    b. touch the USB connection notification
    c. uncheck all the options (if checked)
  7. Install required USB Driver
  8. Select "Alcatel HS-USB Android DIAG Port" in the ports selection tab
  9. Press "Direct unlock" button
  10. After the operation it is necessary to reset the phone manually
Get unlock codes
  1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
  2. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect". In case the software won't detect Alcatel model automatically, select "Alcatel Android" manually in this dropdown box
  3. Go to "Unlock" tab
  4. Turn the phone on without simcard
  5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
  6. Install USB Host Driver
  7. Select Qualcomm DIAG (Diagnostic) Port in the ports selection
  8. Press "Get Unlock Codes" button

For Alcatel smartphones the software doesn't show unlock codes. It shows Lock Status and a number of available code entry attempts near each type of code.
Closed lock: active unlock code
Open lock: inactive unlock code

Direct unlock for Vodafone SMART 4G / 888N / SFR STARADDICT III
  1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
  2. Set "Phone model" drop-down to "Autodetect" value
  3. Go to "Unlock" tab
  4. Connect a phone to PC with USB cable
  5. Install required USB Driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
  6. Adjust USB Settings on the phone:
    • Go to "Notifications" (by touching the notifications bar at the top of the phone's screen and dragging it down)
    • Touch the USB connection notification
    • Disable MTP by unticking the option from phone menu
  7. Select "Coolpad Android Diagnostics USB VCOM port"
  8. Press "Direct unlock" button
  9. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in the dialog window; only after that turn the phone off.
Direct unlock for Vodafone Smart 4 turbo, Smart Tab 4G, Smart 4 max, Smart 4, Smart Prime 6, VF-895N, V889N, V890N / TCL 5042X and 5042A / Orange Roya and Nura

Enable diagnostic port

  1. Root your smartphone

  1. Install required drivers
  2. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
  3. Go to "Unlock" tab
  4. Power off the phone.
  5. Press and hold Vol+Vol- and while holding these buttons connect phone to PC with USB cable
  6. Wait up to 30 seconds while the diagnostic port appears  (your phone will be in charging mode)
  7. Select Diagnostic port
  8. Press "Direct unlock" button
  9. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in the dialog window; only after that turn the phone off.

Repair

Repair damaged security area

User agreement:
This option is introduced for the advanced users that have clear understanding what they do with the phone during all stages of repair.

  1. Download Repair file for your phone from Sigma section of boot-loader.com website -> Alcatel -> Repair_Files
  2. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
  3. Go to "Service" tab
  4. Turn the phone ON and connect the phone to PC with USB cable
  5. Choose appropriate Repair File (in SKF format)
  6. Press "Repair Security Area" button and wait for the procedure to finish

 

Reminder! Before servicing the phone, please make sure that:

  1. You use the latest version of the software
  2. Battery must be connected to the phone's board and fully charged. Especially while performing operations using testpoint.
  3. All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
  4. Phone’s cable and device itself should not be disconnected or disturbed until the procedure is fully completed
  5. Connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC (motherboard's USB port)
    Do not connect or disconnect other USB cables into the PC during the actual work with the phone
  6. Avoid using any kind of USB HUBs and long USB cables. Use the shortest-length USB cable available.
  7. Phone has stock (factory) firmware version
  8. SIM card is removed
