The year 2024 was dedicated to analysis, development, and improving the product format. We focused on refining our product lineup and enhancing the user experience, making it as flexible and efficient as possible.

Sigma has been on the market for 13 years, with over 27 years of industry experience. The Sigma Plus model has been available for over 1.5 years.
Over 15,000 models supported, covering 160+ brands and 5 platforms.
Sigma Plus is used in nearly every country worldwide, with the most active users in China, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and Pakistan.
Most serviced brands: Huawei/Honor, Alcatel, Samsung, Moto, ZTE.
The new platform has proven effective, allowing all users to migrate and access the full range of service product functionalities.
Consistent user engagement since the platform's release.
Several loyalty programs introduced, including bonuses for top-ups and discounts.

Product Support:

Access to the product is now more reliable, with system administrators ensuring maximum efficiency through the most stable servers, unaffected by external circumstances.
Multilingual support provided by managers, with digital products (activations) available for purchase and delivery instantly and automatically.
Additional support channels maintained via forums, Facebook, and a YouTube channel
Sigma Plus products remain among the bestsellers in the gsmserver online store.
Significant improvements made to the website for enhanced user convenience and appeal. Most of these enhancements are scheduled for release in Q1 2025.

Development Prospects:

Strategic Directions: The team is advancing according to the roadmap in the planned development of the Sigma Plus platform, making it more universal and accessible. The solution is currently in testing and preparation for release.
Ongoing work on new updates and solutions set to launch in the first half of 2025.
