- Power off the phone
- Open Qcom tab
- Go to "Service" tab
- Select your model from “Phone model” drop-down list on the right
- Select virtual port “Plug USB cable into the powered off phone…”
- Press "Remove FRP" button
- Set the phone to EDL mode (for example):
- Lenovo P1a42: Press vol+ button and insert USB cable
- Lenovo K53a48: Press vol+ button and insert USB cable. Select Download in the appeared menu
- Lenovo PB1-750M: Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously and insert USB cable
- Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
- Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and device can be disconnected now.
It is possible to remove FRP for new Qcom-based smartphones if you have the original loader for it.
In most cases original loaders can be found in the phone’s firmware package.
Typical filename: prog_emmc_firehose.mbn.
- Power off the phone
- Open Qcom tab
- Go to "Service" tab
- Select virtual port “Plug USB cable into the powered off phone…”
- Select “EDL” and “Loader selection...” in “Phone model” drop-down list on the right
- Press "Remove FRP" button and select loader in original format
- Set the phone to EDL mode
- Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
- Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and device can be disconnected now.
Make sure that the operation was completed successfully and post the successful log with attached loader on the official Sigma forum.
- Power off the phone
- Open Qcom tab
- Go to "Service" tab
- Select “EDL” and “Autodetect” in “Phone model” drop-down list on the right
- Select virtual port “Plug USB cable into the powered off phone…”
- Press "Remove FRP" button
- Connect your phone to PC in EDL mode with USB cable. There are different procedures to put a certain phone model in EDL mode: pressing key combinations, EDL cable, etc.
- Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and device can be disconnected now
Unlock
- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Bmobile QW130"
- Connect turned ON phone to PC with USB cable
- Install required Bmobile QW130 Driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time); in some cases drivers can be installed automatically
- Select USB Diagnostic Port in the ports selection tab
- Press "Unlock" button
- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
- Connect turned ON phone to PC with USB cable
- Install required drivers (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
- Select USB Diagnostic Port in the ports selection tab
- Press "Unlock" button
* In case of unknown firmware version detection, the software will suggest unlocking the phone using the heuristic method. In the end of heuristic unlock mode procedure, please send the log file to support.
You need to choose the model manually from the "Phone model" list. The list is located near the ports selection menu
- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Select device model from the "Phone model" list
- Connect the device to PC with USB cable
- Power the device ON
- It can take from 30 seconds up to a minute for a device to fully start up
- Install required USB driver (only if the device is connected for the first time). Drivers should be installed automatically from the device; make sure that AutoRun feature is enabled on your PC
- Select "ZTE Diagnostic interface" in the ports selection tab
- Press "Direct Unlock" button
- The message "Unlocking phone... Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
- Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in dialog window; only after that you can disconnect the phone
- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Turn the phone on without sim card
- Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
- Install USB Host Driver
- Select Qualcomm DIAG (Diagnostic) Port in the ports selection tab
- Press "Unlock" button
- Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in dialog window; only after that you can turn the phone off
- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect" or "Kyocera Android"
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Turn the phone on without SIM-card inserted
- Dial ##3424# and enter 000000 (6-digit MSL code). Select Diag -> enable
Alternatively, MSL-code can be read using Kyocera MSL Reader. You can find it at Android Market. - Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
- Install the required USB Driver
- Select Diagnostic Port / KYOCERA USB KC02US Serial Port in the ports selection tab
- Press "Unlock" button
- Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in dialog window; only after that you can turn off the phone
- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Turn the phone on without SIM-card inserted

- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
- Go to "Unlock" tab
- Set "Autodetect" in the "Phone model" dropdown box
- Connect a turned ON phone to a PC with USB cable
- Install a required driver.
- In some cases drivers can be installed automatically from a device. Sometimes you need to find and install a driver by yourself. Usually phone’s manufacturer provides drivers on its web-site.

Repair

- Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
- "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
- Go to "IMEI" tab
- Turn the phone on without sim card
- Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
- Install USB Host Driver
- Select Qualcomm DIAG (Diagnostic) Port in the ports selection tab
- Enter IMEI number in the "Phone IMEI" field
- Press "Repair IMEI" button
- The message "Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Reminder! Before servicing the phone, please make sure that:
- You use the latest version of the software
- Battery must be connected to the phone's board and fully charged. Especially while performing operations using testpoint.
- All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
- Phone’s cable and device itself should not be disconnected or disturbed until the procedure is fully completed
- Connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC (motherboard's USB port)
Do not connect or disconnect other USB cables into the PC during the actual work with the phone - Avoid using any kind of USB HUBs and long USB cables. Use the shortest-length USB cable available.
